Teaching Staff & Ratios

Childcare Service for Fayetteville & Raeford, NC

Teaching Qualifications

Our Centers strive to provide a high-quality childcare service to our children. This begins with hiring the best teaching staff possible. Each room has a lead teacher and an assistant/floater teacher that meets NAEYC and DCDEE requirements. Lead teachers have associate’s degrees or bachelor’s degrees in early childhood education or equivalent. Our assistant teachers have a CDA or equivalency (12 semester hours in ECE) and are enrolled in an associate’s degree program towards early childhood education. Floater teachers meet DCDEE lead teacher qualifications in many different ways.
