The Administration, teachers and staff at Building Blocks are all confessing Christian who are involved in a local Bible-believing church. All employees meet or exceed the required training levels of the NC Childcare Division and are encouraged to pursue higher learning opportunities in the field of child care for professional development. All BBEEC staff are required to sign a Statement of Faith attesting to their affirmation of the Christian faith and Christian living standards.
